JAD Chemical Company, Inc. is delighted to be able to offer MA-109C, and the diluted ready to use MA-110 RTU, the most cost effective, environmentally friendly gas turbine compressor cleaner available anywhere which has been specifically designed to cope with the challenge of achieving excellent compressor cleaning results ON-LINE and OFF-LINE whilst doing no harm to your turbine, the environment or the operator.

An exhaustive three-year test program has recently been completed in which all of the major gas turbine compressor cleaners available were tested against each other under identical conditions. MA-109C proved itself to be able to consistently clean a compressor on-line so completely that it was returned to almost 100% efficiency with only one on-line wash (this assumes that the fluid injection system operates satisfactory). It is the only one to qualify for ON-LINE and OFF-LINE wash at the onset without containing any organic or inorganic solvents under the new rigid performance specification by the US Military now in the process of being adopted by engine manufacturers.

Such cleaning ability offers gas turbine operators for the first time the opportunity to maintain maximum turbine efficiency for far longer than with conventional gas compressor cleaners. It has been designed to break rapidly and completely, leaving clean oil free water for the wastewater treatment/recycling units. It is designed for quick release. MA-109C will not emulsify oil.
